Event Site Camp Host Job Description for 2007

Are you looking for a place to park your RV for summer 2007?  The Port of Hood River is looking for an Event Site Host for this season.  Please see the job description (PDF, 67 kb) and email the Port for an application (porthr@gorge.net).

CGWA has partnered with the Port of Hood River and the Gorge Kiteboarding Association to develop guidelines that will help beach users share this new terrain safely. Sail safe! The Expanding Delta

Port of Hood River Parking Pass Information

Revised June 2007- Updates in bold

Port of Hood River parking fees are as shown below. The fee booth is usually manned at site from Memorial Day to Labor Day to collect fees. Attendants sell daily, weekly and season passes. At other times, season passes can be purchased at the Port Office (at the Hood River Marina) or by Port of Hood River, PO Box 239, Hood River, OR 97031. Please Include your vehicle license plate number and state of issue when writing the Port.

 

Vehicles up to 22 feet

  • Day: $5
  • Weekly: $25
  • Season: $50*

*$20 additional vehicle (family multi-car discount-purchase only at Port office with registrations)

Vehicles exceeding 22 feet

  • Day: $10
  • Weekly: $50
  • Season: $100

 

Multi-day passes good at both the Spit and Event Site.
