Comments are Needed
October 23, 2006 - Barry Lutz is applying for permits to construct a private dock and mooring rings approximately 1,000 feet westerly from Bob's Beach in Stevenson. At first, CGWA didn't think this would be a wind shadow issue until we took into consideration all of the other homes and vacant lots between Mr. Lutz's property and Bob's Beach. Approval of these permits for this dock and the mooring rings could set a precedent to allow the other homes and future homes to follow suit, thereby creating the possibility for wind shadows at Bob's Beach.
Comment period is until this Friday, October 27, 2006.
