Washington State Parks
Spring Creek Hatchery, Doug's Beach, Maryhill State Park, Horsethief Lake
- Free as of April 1, 2006
In March 2006, Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire signed a bill to repeal the Washington State Park fees effective April 9th, 2006. Permit holders were allowed refunds for annual passes purchased for the 2006 season.
A $5 daily ($50 annual) Natural Investment permit is still required for use of watercraft launches and trailer dumps. Camping fees and all other fees remain in place.

Oregon State Parks
Rooster Rock, Viento, Rowena (East Mayer)
- Day: $3
- Season: $25 (or $40 for 2 years)
The season passes are available from CGWA. Cost is $25 for 1 year for 1st vehicle and $5 for 2nd vehicle; or $40 for 2 years for 1st vehicle and $10 for 2nd vehicle. Contact the CGWA to get an Oregon State Parks pass, or include the amount when you renew your CGWA membership. Include your vehicle license plate number and state of issue. This pass is good for day use at all State Parks in Oregon.
March 24, 2004 – the Oregon State Parks & Federal Forest passes are no longer mutually honored in the Gorge due to the new Oregon/Washington Universal Pass.
Rock Creek (Mosier)
- Day: $5
- Season: $30 1st vehicle; $30 2nd vehicle
Passes may be purchased at the site or from Mosier City Hall.
The season passes are also available from CGWA for members only at the same price as above ($30 each vehicle). Contact the CGWA to get a Rock Creek pass, or include the amount when you renew your CGWA membership. Include your vehicle license plate number and state of issue.
Hood River Event Site

Port of Hood River parking fees are as shown below. The fee booth is usually manned at site from Memorial Day to Labor Day to collect fees. Attendants sell daily, weekly and season passes. At other times, season passes can be purchased at the Port Office (at the Hood River Marina) or by Port of Hood River, PO Box 239, Hood River, OR 97031. Please Include your vehicle license plate number and state of issue when writing the Port.

There are no fees at the Hook or the Marina Park & Beach. These sites are managed by the Port of Hood River.
